No charges were passed on the *** ****** for these damages. They noted there was some mildew and odor that could have been a result of a flood back in July 2019 that we were notified of the flooding of the apartment in August 2019 by the resident. They did this evaluation on October 1, 2020. We also have a third-party vendor, ********* ******** walk all move outs to assess the carpet condition. The cabinet door in the kitchen does not have a record of being reported and it is broken off. None of these items look like water damage. Refrigerat or Di (all items must be removed).Below are the pictures taken from ***** ***** ***** *** *** * on starting at 8:23 am on the items there were charges assessed: No keys were turned into the office but we found them on the kitchen counter. On October 1,2020 at 8:23 am, the maintenance supervisor did a walk through of the apartment for the condition and any damages. All email correspondence, certified letter and notice to vacate are attached. He did turn in a notice dated Septemfor Septemand he sent one by certified mail, too for the same time period. I explained that it is a calendar month notice not a 30 day notice and he sent me many emails going on and on about how bad of a person and manager I am. Per our lease and the Mo statute on month to month leases, a rent paying period is the correct notice not 30 days. Michael sent me an email on Septemasking for a notice to vacate.
